Biography

Alyssa Brooke Mancuso, OD, is an optometrist who specializes in medical eye care, including well-vision care, postoperative refractions, contact lens fitting, double-vision correction and postoperative surgical care. Dr. Mancuso was educated at the New England College of Optometry and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa.

Dr. Mancuso became interested in the field of optometry when she began visiting her optometrist in grammar school to correct her own vision. Her passion for the field really bloomed while volunteering at the Helen Keller National Center for the Deaf and Blind. While attending optometry school she developed a special interest in helping patients who suffer from ocular disease.
