Philadelphia, PA – January, 2022—Building off the continued success of recent partnerships with Associates in Ophthalmology and Keystone Eye Associates, OCLI Vision announces the acquisition of Dailey Harvey Eye Associates. Committed to providing the highest quality eye care services to central Pennsylvania, Dailey Harvey Eye Associates has been serving the Camp Hill, PA community for over 80 years. Through this acquisition, OCLI Vision, a multi-practice ophthalmology group located in the Northeast, seeks to enhance and expand access to advanced eye care services throughout the region.
OCLI Vision is a leading ophthalmology practice whose growth is supported by the management and administrative services of Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP), an organization serving many of the top ophthalmology groups and ambulatory eye surgery centers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Dailey Harvey Eye Associates is Spectrum’s 18th affiliation since 2017.

Joining OCLI Vision from Dailey Harvey Eye Associates are John R. Dailey, MD; Todd J. Harvey, MD; and Christopher Holt, OD.
John R. Dailey, MD, is a third-generation ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest in premium IOL implantation and glaucoma treatment and surgery. Dr. Dailey has published original articles about eye diseases and treatments in numerous Ophthalmology journals.
Todd J. Harvey, MD, specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with special interest in laser-assisted cataract surgery, advanced lens implantation, basic sutureless cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment and surgery, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye diseases. He also spent four years in the United States Air Force after completing his medical training.
Christopher Holt, OD, is a therapeutic licensed Optometrist, and provides comprehensive eye care for the entire family, including pediatric and senior eye care. Dr. Holt specializes in contact lens fittings of toric, monovision, and bifocal contact lenses in both soft and rigid gas permeable materials.
