Patient Financing & Payment Options

Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover elective ophthalmic procedures such as LASIK refractive surgery.  Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island requires payment in full before any LASIK procedure.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, personal checks, money orders and the following credit cards:
